#restartwithart Chest day. He called this the "Finisher"...I was finished long before we made it to this point, lol. I will say this, I almost hit a new max on the bench. I feel better after learning from my eating mistakes last week. I definitely feel like I am making improvements. How are you all doing with your fitness New Year goals? This is the week that most have given up. Let's keep each other lifted up and motivated so we can all be healthy. Looking good at the beach is cool, but being around to enjoy your love ones is way better. I still miss ice cream, soda, and candy though...any suggestions to curb that sweet tooth are appreciated! Sooo...the last time I had muscle failure was when I was 17 and in Army basic training. The bench was the last workout of the day and..uh...well..I remember what muscle failure feels like again, lol.
