wow honestly i’m amazed at how i went for two weeks without uploading despite my resolution to be more active ;; but anyway here’s what i’ve been up to today! finally semi-satisfied with my photo and editing skills bc i took this in natural lighting as soon as i got back from school. so with this new posting situation everything that i upload is going to be from the day before because it’s not possible to post real time if i’m going to be taking pictures in the early afternoon ;w;

aaa enough rambling, here’s what’s pictured: practice questions on vectors (including some mistakes and corrections i made), bio notes from the beginning of our unit on reproduction, and prose analysis from english! 

also i made a studygram with a few friends so it would be nice if you all could visit over there! ig: studybitches

today’s post is my (wip) bullet journal spread and messy in class notes from english! i’m about to start on my homework now so hopefully these notes I took on the language paper will help me with that ^^

17 reminders for 2017 ✨

i was organising my bullet journal and sorting out my <17 for 2017> when i figured it would be nice to post 17 lil reminders for myself and everybody in the studyblr community for 2017, so here it is aaa

you deserve and are capable of achieving good grades

that being said: take it easy, health always comes before school. 

make sure to eat healthily and get your five a day! 

drink more water; staying hydrated > everything else tbh

sleep + exercise are more beneficial than any amount of cramming ! ur all smart but no matter how smart you are it’s all for naught if you don’t look after yourself! 

never be ashamed of what makes you happy

read read read! 

ask more questions! great minds question everything

what you get out of a course or class isn’t a question of how great (or bad) your teacher is at teaching, it’s a matter of how much effort you’re willing to put into the learning.

it’s never too late to start learning something

hard work always trumps talent

objects in motion tend to stay in motion, objects at rest tend to stay at rest (paraphrased). the beginning is always the hardest but don’t let that discourage you!

if you don’t know how to get started w productivity, cleaning your room and your study space is always a good idea

study aesthetic is not going to help you if you’re spending more time on making your notes pretty than useful

along similar lines, quality > quantity. efficiency is everything.

wowowow happy 2017 everybody! i’ve been gone forever despite constantly promising to be more active rip ;;; but i’m starting the 100 days of productivity tomorrow (monday jan 2, just so y’all can guilt me if i don’t upload)

soo after posting my hello studyblr post i vanished off the face of the earth again ;; so much for trying to post more regularly :’)

welp i’m back again and hoPEFULLY i can figure out a better lighting situation soon so that i can post original content! + school’s well underway now with mocks coming up soon so i’m going to have lots of material to take pictures of! 

and an announcement: i’m starting the 100 days of productivity challenge bc school’s kind of kicking my butt atm so i need to get my act together! hopefully it works out well ✨

hello studyblr community! i’m actually a not-so-new blog (est. february 2016) and have made an intro post before, but since i’ve been floating in and out of the community i decided to introduce myself again ^^

i’m florence - she/her pronouns, infj, slytherclaw. i’m in my second year of the igcses, which means i’ll need to work super hard in preparation for exams in may! basically i’m gonna need to be hella strict with myself, since freshman year was a slump year for me orz

currently i’m taking english language and literature, coordinated sciences (bio/chem/phys), add + ext maths, history, spanish, and fine arts. i’m also self-studying chinese and dabbling in korean in my free time ^^ i love languages and i’m interested in linguistics and psychology so please please talk to me if you have similar interests!
