Dolch is not type of dreamer, he's very satisfied with what he has at the moment. To see and pet cows can be counted?
Or?... There was a time when he had crush towards one storch Controller, it was sudden, but lasted for enough time. He was aware that's won't end something nice, but keeping it in is not good for health. They had a peaceful conversation about it, and remain comrades, she wasn't interested in romances, and the time was type of difficult. Tbh, they would be cute together! Luckily, nothing is forbid "what if" scenarios.
❗- What are the highest priorities to this oc (at a point in their life of your choosing)?
Work. Universal for most of replika.
Learning and not wasting on same place. Even if subject is not medical, but doing it carefully so not be suspicious... Surely he's asking Kolibri if he could borrow some books. Or try to catch Steinadler on break.
And for a time, while he had just started to work, and when some very timid and quiet owlet transferred, his priority was make her as comfortable as possible. Dolch used to be worried about if he's too obtrusive to her and making her unhappy. Flieder used to be cleaner, circumstances turned that way she was transferred to medical centre.
🧶 - Do they do any arts, crafts, or creative hobbies?
Flieder writes songs and lyrics. Eule cadre with certain gestalts sometimes perform musical soiree from Commander approval. She's drummer(not to beat rowdy workers while checkups), that's help her shake off stress.
She used to make glass mosaic from beaten bottles and unused glass blocks.

Kudos from Axt for progressing in her skills and excellent work. He may not be expressive, but Flieder feels that he truly value her hardworking from his very weak smile. That set on her face happiest expression for rest of the day.
The entire sky is making her happy: sun, moon, clouds, rain, everything! Even thunderstorms fascinating her(while Dolch is frightened). She often wakes up early just to see every dawn, luckily Eule dorm has window on east.
