#doll disaster

I am beyond devastated right now. I’ve been working on this doll at work while it’s been slow and tried to use the oven in the craft room here. The entire thing over heated and melted straight through my fabric and scorched my clay. Never in all my years of doll making has something like this happened and I am absolutely heartbroken. 10+ hours of work on these legs to get them to this point. Im definitely not looking forward to starting over but hopefully the next pair can be even better

It had to happen someday. Somehow my beloved Home Ick Frankie fell on the floor and my dog decided her right forearm looked tasty. I really lucked out in that her pincushion bracelet wasn't damaged and her ring is on the other hand. I also had a spare Frankie who was willing to donate her arm.
