I hope I'm not the only one who's worried that we've haven't gotten any news in months. It's currently the end of July. The last news about Fantasy Life I came in late February. The game is set to release in October. All of that timing just doesn't sit right with me.
You're not the only one! Whether the game will actually be released in October or not is something that has also been plaguing my thoughts, mostly because of what you said, that the last news we had were back in February. And it's one thing when Pokemon releases one trailer and then doesn't release more stuff until a month or two before release, but when it's a lesser known game or one made by an indie studio... well, it's hard to stop those thoughts from popping up in your head. I don't mind waiting some extra time for games, but the radio silence does get to me. At least you can currently preorder Fantasy Life i in a certain website named after a jungle?? So that's good. However... it's still a preorder, those can always be cancelled or pushed back (also, I don't have my Switch with me so idk if preorders are open at the Nintendo eshop, but same thing). What would be reassuring... and also, you know, GOOD MARKETING, would be more trailers, more updates, more... anything! The official website and Twitter were also last updated in February, so there really isn't any new info out there. The good news is that July is at an end, which means than we won't have to speculate for much longer. Since the game is supposed to release in October, we only need to wait two months tops to get an answer, either a good one or a bad one.
