even tho they dont know me i totally got this idea from them seeing my friends reblog it lmao— i just thought “hmm— well what if i applied this post but not just to minors, but the entirety of the sfw tk community
small rant ahead (cw, cussing, big words, nsfw stuff in general) but no one reads much of this so i should be safe
i dont think im going to let nsfw blogs interact with my account anymore. before someone asks, no, im not letting them interact by choice, i just know i’m never going to escape them. i mean, i had nsfw blogs dming me when they were aware i was a minor and STILL dmed me and self-indulged gross shit.
i don’t want to block, because im an “adult” now, (even though i’ve just turned 18) and i don’t want to sound whiny or like an ass, or how some nsfw blogs put it, like i’m “better” than people with a fetish for tickling. seeing these things— knowing that people get horny off my posts— it just… it makes me feel gross because thats not what my art is meant to serve as. but ofc, i put my own boundaries on the back burners, saying “you’re an adult! act like it! people get horny over your things. that’s just how it is” until i realized
it really doesnt have to be that way.
i don’t have to keep letting nsfw blogs interact— i could block immediately after i see anything like that in my activity. the main reason why i made this post, though, is because nsfw (like blatantly p0rn, or tk fetish) blogs are reblogging my posts, blocking me when i gently request for them to take it down, and leaving it up, so i have nothing but fetish/p0rn blogs interacting with my account for a few days.
and yes, i’m aware that some sfw blogs do tend to interact with nsfw blogs— whether it be purposeful or accidental. we need to go on our fucking main blog pages and read the about me to see, “hmm.. are they comfortable with nsfw interacting??” or even “hmm.. are they a MINOR???? WHO IS UNDERAGE???” or “hmm… is their blog sfw/innocent??” (usually you can tell)
we just need to respect each other in this community. respect our boundaries, and respect each other as people 😭
also, sfw blogs, please don’t call nsfw blogs gross or anything like that. that makes you just as guilty as they are if you do that. i don’t think people with nsfw tkl blogs are gross, or anything like that. i’m just genuinely uncomfortable about them interacting with me due to past experiences and thats just my boundary, so please don’t question it.

edit: ofc, i’m not saying all NSFW blogs are like this ofc not. there are ones with genuinely good people who run them. there’s always a mix of good and bad things for everything tho, so hopefully ppl understand this😭
