This is Luna. She arrived in September.
First attempt at an anime style faceup. Its not perfect but it was FUN. I need more dolls like this so I can practice lol.

Id been considering Yui to be my Yuki ever since she was released but I didn't want to wait 6-8 months for DZ to get it together...BUT there are Yui’s coming into stock everywhere now, and DDE also happened to have a very good Yuki Wig in stock also, so it seemed like serendipity. I also got lucky on her eyes, which are almost the exact right color. (which is good because its really hard to find these kinds of eyes?)
My impressions of her are overall good. Her head is huge, almost 8″, but her body is petite enough to compare to minifee, very anime like. She poses and stands well and her hands are so pretty!
Her ankles though...they suck. There’s no separate ball joint like on all my other DZ bodies and it feels lazy. There’s also spots for kips inside her thigh joint (4 spots) but maybe I need to glue them in myself? There were only 2 kips included and they were just rolling around loose in the bottom of her box.
Its going to be really fun to give her an anime style faceup; I’ve never done one before! Also if anyone has suggestions of where to get these kind of glasses for a 1/4 doll(or maybe even 1/3? her face is huge), I would appreciate it :D
Here’s Mina, all put together! This wig is too small for her but nothing I had fit her so I made do.
She is very cute, but a bit too much same colour on the wig and eyes and blushing for my personal tastes.

And now for the actual resin! Despite my bad lighting, everything I ordered is actually in white resin, though it may not look like it. I almost didn’t order the bust but I’m so glad I did because it is just absolutely beautifully sculpted, it’s a gorgeous piece of art and I love it.
The mask is cool, I can’t wait to work out who it belongs to (I’m currently leaning towards my Dikadoll Bianca cos I haven’t worked out a concept for her yet)
NiuNiu is very cute and feels pretty sturdy, which is nice, though her magnets struggle a bit with the sheer weight of all her bits and pieces. The full fluff tail can’t actually stay on on its own, which I guess is maybe why they sent the other tail as well? They also sent some tiny eyes that I am not looking forward to trying to get in her. Her checks are super chubby which I don’t love, so I may sand them down, but I’ll give her some time first.
Finally the main event, my Yui. She is my first exploration into anime style dolls and I quite like her. She’s very cute, though her massive head has given me some trouble on the wig front. I also want to get her smaller eyes than her default, but you’ll see more on that front when I post an all put together photo later. The body is quite nice too, though the elbow joints are weird and I struggled even to get her default outfit skirt on over her hips. I’m calling her Minako but shortening it down to Mina
