❤️All kinds of love ❤️
I need to preface this with the fact that I don't like live actions. I think they are disrespectful to the original animated movie and they are a waste of time and resources that could be spent on a new creative project.
Aside from that...
I carnally needed these two to play Hiccstrid
clear water marine hospital 📍anyone watch Dolpin Tale when they were a kid? might be too niche but i watched ts religiously
If I was Yuu I would just make Malleus a prosthetic, kinda like Winter in Dolphin Tale.
Yesterday on the airplane I watched A Dolphin Tale, the story of winter the dolphin who lost her tail and they then made a prosthetic tail for her. First off between the movie and my minke mittens I was wearing it made for very whale feelings which was very pleasent and please I want the humans to throw me a fish while I am in the water so bad.
Ironically my family took me to see winter in the summer of 2020 maybe? I do not remember the year, but it was while I really couldnt walk well and always need two sticks to walk. But it was during CoVID and they only let a few people in at a time. But I was stuck out in the heat trying to stand for a long time and we had to leave before we got in because I was having problems. I didnt really understand what was going on at the time, it is unfortunate I didnt get to see her. Though there is a certain irony in how the movie talked about how she became a disabled icon and I didnt get to see her when visiting because of being disabled. It was unfortunate to learn she died in 2021, with the whale stuffs now and my continued walking struggles (though ironically but perhaps understandably I move great and much more naturally in the water) I think getting to see her would have been really quite impactful for me.
But the story is still a nice one and I should do more research into how her tail was made, as that is in essence what I have to do for myself, but for my whole body; not just my tail, but dorsal fin, flippers, my whole head and breathing apparatus, and probably skin as well. I do not know to what extent my body would revert if I stopped the meds, but I fear the humans may be right that I would only feel my body and the physical features wouldnt really change. It is at least something I need to consider. But seeing that they were able to make a prosthetic for her makes me feel better and more confident I could eventually make the necessary bits for myself so I can undo what the humans did and return to the water.
which movie makes you cry
Hmmmm. I don't think I've ever cried while watching movies but the closest would have to be Dolphin Tale 1 or 2.
