Former Oregon CB Ifo Ekpre-Olumu receives full medical clearance
Ifo Ekpre-Olumu has been cleared to play for the Dolphins
The Cleveland Browns drafted Ifo Ekpre-Olumu last year in the 7th round. He was projected as a top 10 pick before suffering a major injury his final year of college football at Oregon.
The Browns drafted him and sat him out the entire year hoping he would rebound and have himself a nice recovery. Well that didn’t happen and the Browns released him. The next day the Miami Dolphins claimed the 6’0 corner, and today he received good news.
Good news #Dolphins fans: I’m told CB Ifo Ekpre-Olumu received full medical clearance today. He’s ready to go.

This is big news. I always liked Ifo, and if he is 100 percent the Dolphins landed a steal.

#Dolphins have expressed interest in both Antonio Cromartie and Leon Hall
Antonio Cromartie could be pursued by the Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins can sign any player right now and it does not effect their compensatory formula. They need a veteran cornerback and according to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins have talked about a couple veteran cornerbacks over the past couple days.
The Dolphins internally have discussed unsigned veteran corners Leon Hall and Antonio Cromartie. The only 2015 full-time cornerback starters, below the age of 35, that are still available are Cromartie and Arizona’s Jerraud Powers (Miami has not pursued Powers to this point).
Cromartie has said he wants to play football in 2016, and Leon Hall has been on several visits. This could be a great signing for the Dolphins, who lost Brent Grimes.

#Dolphins are hosting FAU pro day star Brandin Bryant for their local day
Brandin Bryant is a big boy that is flying up NFL teams draft boards right now
We are learning that Brandin Bryant the big defensive tackle from FAU will be attending the Miami Dolphins local day. Bryant is a very solid pass rusher and his numbers at the FAU pro day were insane for a big man.
Bryant dominated his pro day and now is receiving calls from NFL teams left and right. I would not be surprised to see Bryant slip into the late rounds.
We did a pre draft interview with Bryant and you can read more about him here. This kid is special.
Why isn’t anyone talking about Brandin Bryant of FAU? Wow
