But in this universe Robert isn't mecha man, he's just a really smart engineer that flambae meets years before dispatch takes place and falls head over heals in love with! So in-between roberies and shit he's taking his boyfriend on dates and you know Robert always bottoms in the bedroom. But then robot finds out all the shit flambe is doing and says unless he hands himself over they are through
So flambae does on the condition robert married him before he goes to jail thinking he wouldn't. He does...theu have a small courthouse ceremony and then he hands himself over and serves time but gets out early on the dispatch program.
Well guess what when he finds out his husband has transfered to the dispatches engineering branch the chaos that ensues trying to make up for the lost time in the cell.
