a personal favorite support of mine is charlotte/laslow. like, charlotte is a lesbian, but still this support hits hard. first of all girlboss malewife obviously, but also their s support is litchrally them agreeing on an open marriage. its one of the few laslow/inigo supports that doesnt end with his girlfriend being angry that hes a floozy. im just irrationally happy about this

Second,(sorry if you get this question a lot I’m just an airhead who can’t find things ever) did you make your own sprites or did you have them commissioned? I ask because I LOVE them and really would like to ask a bit about how they were made. (Brush settings, shading, etc.) I think you’re really cool and I love watching your videos! Fat is def sexy in all hobbit cultures BUT if we turned this around, if a human called another a “dumb skinny dude” or w/e would “skinny” in this context, even though it certainly is the beauty ideal our culture holds onto, be read as a compliment. Like even “pretty boy” is used as an insult

that’s tru but 1) while pretty boy is an insult, it does contain an acknowledgement that the boy in question is pretty, 2) ‘skinny’ wouldn’t scan as a compliment to a man in that context bcos being skinny isn’t really seen as the ideal for men (men are expecting to be like, beefy?), conversely calling a woman dumb & skinny could imply that you think she’s attractive even as you’re insulting her

There are many things one could criticize about fe3h, but I always find myself comparing it to fates thinking “this is so much better. it’s all I wanted fates to be”. I like that your choices actually matter, I like that there is no easy way out, no extra route that lets you pretend there’s such a thing as a war with a completely happy outcome and no casualties. I think in that way, fe3h really is the best 3D fire emblem game.

I fully agree w striders being quick to fall in love. How long do you think it took for Dave to go from “this is normal just wait it out” to “oh no” in regards to karkat

I think dave has trouble identifying when he’s feeling romantic love vs platonic love so for a long while he was like “sometime you just wanna kiss your friends!!!! nothing wrong with that!!!!!” and after like 2 years of bro cuddles & introspection he’s like oh wait oh shit oh fuck. so really dave fell for karkat almost immediately and then sat on it for two years,,Dave was the last person to know he was in love but the second he realized it was painfully obvious. he was able to hold onto that secret for all of two days before he blurted it out and disappeared for a week to scream.

so to answer the question it took an exceptionally long time!!

i dont think u need to be… scared it just seems extremely boring and directionless atm for a story that was tight i thought from the start… which seems to indicate. long running shonen syndrome.
