Inferno Thunderbolt (1985)

My rating: 4/10

I'm afraid even Godfrey Ho's special brand of nonsense can't save this one - there are some gems ("Bang with me." "I can't, mother's birthday", or the bit where a guy gets harpooned in the butt by an evil wheelchair user), but the whole thing is just too underlit and nonsensical, and the lack of ninjas too keenly felt, to be real fun.

just finished the 'don wong' special by ali wong, and she ends with 'and that, single people, is what a healthy marriage looks like!' and im like... single people know, that's why they're single! you should tell that to your unhappy married friends lmfao

Comedian Ali Wong released her third Netflix comedy special—and first on where she’s not visibly pregnant—just in time for Valentine’s Day. She starts off super filthy right away with an extended, graphically-detailed bit about performing oral sex before ending with a rather thoughtful and hilarious explanation of her marital balance. While some elements of the act have worn a little thinner by no longer being novel the third time around, her sharp joke-writing, timing, and delivery remain impeccable.
