Donald Sinclair really, really adored children, and Siegfried in the books and the series does the same. He is always incredibly kind and patient with them.

The numerous adventures of a friendly staff at a country veterinarian practice in 1930s to 1940s Yorkshire. A remake of the 1978-1990 series. Taken from the autobiographical books by James Herriot.

This is such a feel good show set in a scenic village. If you like shows set in the 30s and 40s and quaint english villages and quirky British characters and LOVE animals then this is the show for you.
