His name is Dondras! He was raised in A Cult. In fact, THE cult. He was planted at the start of the game to make sure Uriel’s murder went through and to retrieve the Amulet of Kings, but the old man really throws him for a loop talking about prophecy and “the sun’s companion” and shit. Dondras thinks he’s just a senile old man for the first third of the game. But also his life is a comedy of errors and he ends up being involved with saving the world after all.

Small friend responsible for 90% of the issues in Oblivion’s main quest. But hes cute and really sorry about it-

Dondy is a Mythic Dawn agent: is there any people in it he knows personally? Like friends? Does he know Mankar Camoran?

He was raised in the Mythic Dawn from an early age. His mother was a once respected scholar of the Arcane University who specialized in the study of daedric cults (and was, in fact, Tar-Meena's mentor). Unfortunately, she would ultimately come to believe in Camoran's message and disappeared with her children, never to be seen again.

While he doesn't know any of the Camoran family on a personal level, he's been brought up to revere them akin to demigods. The cult as a whole more or less raised him and his sister as a collective; but that took the form of grueling training and harsh punishment more than anything else. They were both given new names: Dondras and Mithryn - to reflect "the cause". While Dondras was sent to oversee the assassination of Uriel, Mithryn and her agents were picking off the Septim heirs. Obviously Dondras ends up changing his mind and tries to help end the Oblivion Crisis. Mithryn, ever strong-willed, still believes in the Dawn.

Their birth names are Fenril and Faerwyn. Their father, an Altmer professor who still teaches at the university, is looking for them to this day.
