"Hello, Donna" Diana greeted with a warm smile. "It's been...a while."
[Starfire/Brainiac 5! The most emotional and most intellectual people in the DCU. It would be the most amazing train wreck ever.]
[Ooo, I haven't heard that one yet. I like it. *-*]
donnaphantom replied to your post: Seriously, you suck at being secretive. Pretty sure you just did that to pretend to care so you could feel better. Not buying it.
Awww, you’re not that incoherent. (Just a reminder—in your world, Lydia and Elana are characters in this ongoing story thing with an RP component, CM’s sort of playing himself in that context, and I’m doing my increasingly complicated thing.)
Wait, I thought you were through weirding up this blog. I mean, I've got nothing against you personally, but people are actually paying attention to it now. I should probably go to bed, I've done a ton of stuff tonight.
The Haunting of the Ghostworld
Donna Troy peered into the Orb of History, watching the many worlds shift and change before her. In moments like this, enraptured in her work, she could forget the ache of loneliness that went with being alone in this vast and empty world.
Then she stopped, feeling as if she'd been punched. Somewhere in the distance, she heard noise. Ever since she found herself here in the Ghsotworld, she hadn't heard a sound except the hum of the Orb and her own voice. But now she could hear... music? It sounded like someone playing a guitar.
"Huh," she said. (She'd taken to talking to herself, since there wasn't much of anyone else around to talk to.) "That does it. I'm hallucinating. I've finally gone stir-crazy." But she knew this wasn't true. As the Multiversal Historian, one of her gifts was seeing the truth. It ran in the family--hadn't her sister once been Goddess of Truth?
With the Orb, her constannt companion, floating behind her, she walked over to the source of the noise, trembling with fear in spite of her best efforts
Looking for help (in all the wrong places?)
Donna Troy had a bit of a problem. She was trapped outside of time and space, cut off from her own home, which had become a warped version of itself. As the Multiversal Historian, keeper of the Orb of History, she could see anywhere in her multiverse and numerous others. But she couldn't leave the "Ghostworld," and she couldn't communicate directly with her own multiverse, though she'd reached a couple of others like it. She needed to find a way to overcome these problems so she could set things right.
The knowledge she had in the Orb's databanks was insufficient (and there was so much of it she couldn't sort through it anyway, even with the skills she'd gained from Harbinger). There had to be someone who could help her. Someone who had hands-on experience with dimensional technology... Of course. And he knew Wally, who seemed to have disappeared entirely from her own multiverse, and had the weird sort of respect for him that Rogues do for Flashes. But, could she trust him? No. Of course not. Not if she didn't have anything to bargain with. Of course, knowledge can have considerable value, and that was something she had plenty of...
"Okay, here goes nothing," she muttered to herself.
A face suddenly appears on the Mirror Master's computer screen. It's Donna Troy, better known as Troia, but there's something different about her. Namely, her eyes. She has slitted pupils, like a cat's. Someone who's versed in obscure superhero history might find those eyes familiar...

[My bed is calling but I’m sticking my fingers in my ears and going “la la la”]
[I can't ignore its call. o_e But I wanna stay on here. Asdfghjkl. Decisions. I'm logging off right now so I don't end up on here for another three hours. Goodnight doll ♥]
