I think the quote is so romance. There's person decide to wait and pray for Allah's grace until they meet their future-mate. They will istiqomah not to make a releationship until marriege. And I hope I will make this way, InsyaAllah...

Allah has his own way to meet us with our future-mate. All we have to do is just fix ourself into a good person. Because there's quote said that "our future-mate is like us". If we're a good person, our future-mate is a good person. And if we're a bad person, our future-mate is a bad person too. And also Allah said that "we created you in pairs (Quran surah an naba:8)". So that's for sure. Don’t be insecure and confuse thinking about him/her because your heart just be broken. Allah has destined for you with the person that will be met in a good time. All your future-mate, sustenance, death has written on a lauhul mahfudz. So, why do you still insecure the certainty of Allah?
