it’s so refreshing for me to go from tik tok phannies who are all just now coming back into dan and phil phases and then being like “ya know what… i’m brave to say it…. i love them!” vs being on tumblr and coming here to see all of us absolutely weighed down by years of carrying this fandom on their back while they were inactive clocking in for another day on the dnp job. you guys really get it.

im kind of sad that the dan and phil “romantic relationship” discourse is back bc as a queer person i watch the way they interact and it truly doesn’t matter what we don’t see, what we do see is more than enough and clearly stands the test of time.

the way they care and laugh and look at each other is far more telling of an unbreakable bond than any “official” relationship status ever would.

i hope they know how many young queer people they helped to know that it doesn’t need to have a name to be important
