So i’m super excited. But i’ve been dedicating some of my busy schedule to properly planning out healthy meals and exercising and dancing a bit every day and i’ve lost 15lbs now in the past 2 months. I was on a medication that made me gain quite a bit of weight since highschool and i didn’t realize it until i was off of it. And now that it has completely worn off my body is just shedding all of that weight with the help of a better overall diet.
