So I am really going to do this for me and hope I hit my goals. This week was good. While I only lost a pound it is still something and the meals were fun for Colten and I to make together. Hopeful this will also help colten and show him that healthy eating and living isnt that hard buy it is fun. So i’m super excited. But i’ve been dedicating some of my busy schedule to properly planning out healthy meals and exercising and dancing a bit every day and i’ve lost 15lbs now in the past 2 months. I was on a medication that made me gain quite a bit of weight since highschool and i didn’t realize it until i was off of it. And now that it has completely worn off my body is just shedding all of that weight with the help of a better overall diet.
