Back to healthy living because the alternative is doing a number of annoying things to my body. Skin breaking out, not quite at my goal but close, among other annoying things. In the last 3 months I've really been getting in touch with me #datingmyself listening to my wants/needs, especially my body. My body had been rewarding me by slimming down and by being more forgiving when I do eat trash. I'm less likely to hold onto fat now. I haven't been eating well but when I did my energy was up, I didn't need as much sleep, I didn't crave sugar, my moods were balanced, my thoughts were focused and overall I was happier.
