It’s really hard not to keep posting about our bridge project. I’m over the moon excited we are doing it. I’m proud beyond belief of the team and leadership and forward thinking from everyone onsite. Specifically Andrew Anderson. I like to say this is “Andrew’s bridge.” He deserves the designation as he has lost the most sleep about the details on this project. If you work with me. You know who I’m talking about. I’d tag him but he don’t play that game. Since 2006 Andrew and I have been making a mess and putting it back together. He is like family to me. Walking the site yesterday with Andrew was one of those moments you have as a business owner. Whoa. This is Jovick huh? We have come this far? Smile forms. Self appreciation. Chest pushes out. Reflections on hours late at night preparing estimate. Hopes and dreams we’d do this job. Now here we are. Doing it and doing it to OUR level. I’m tickled pink.
