Elbretornis is an Enantiornithine from the Lecho Formation of Argentina, living about 70 million years ago in the Maastrichtian age of the Late Cretaceous. It is only known from portions of the limbs, which means very little is known about this dinosaur. It lived in a complex community of Enantiornithines and its limited material may mean that it actually belongs to another genus of Enantiornithine, one that it doesn’t overlap in material with such as Yungavolucris or Lectavis. As such, more research on this taxon is needed before the case can be closed.
