HOW TO MAKE WIPES FOR CHEMICAL WEAPONS (USE LIKE SUDECON WIPES).
Mix:
1 GaL Warm Water 9 Cups White Sugar 2 Tbs Citric Acid
Add
21 fl oz Baby Shampoo
MIX (gently)
Keeps 2+ weeks in the fridge!
Soak napkins or paper towels in solution. Squeeze out excess. Place in individual use ziploc bags with a few wipes per bag.
Keeps for a few days. Makes 200-300 packs.

How did we come up with these? We got ahold of the patent for brand name chemical weapon removal wipes and worked with a chemist to replicate it with minor modifications so that the wipes can be made by hand with easy to find supplies.
