Biography: Unlike most Zombies, Doomcaliber Knight has both free will and his sanity. Too bad he's also a complete sadist! Originally a knight in Murderwood named Percival Domica, this corruptible man in shining armor was considered, in the nicest of terms, an abusive schmuck.
He goaded the townsfolk by being purposefully unreasonable, knowing he was sacrosanct and under the protection of the royal crown, and they couldn't do anything about it! Or so he thought. For you see, there was one particular townsman that didn't take kindly to this abuse of power; Joseph of Murderwood, a.k.a. the Flame Swordsman.
Although a braggart, he knew that Percival was no protector, just a coward with an ego streak. As such, when the knight began to flee from an invading Great Moth one fateful day, Flame Swordsman did the unthinkable, and used his blade to engulf the traitor in flames!
Normally, this would be really frowned upon, but the people were happy to him get some kind of comeuppance. Joseph even offered the remains to the Great Moth as a temporary peace offering. Strangely enough, Great Moth agreed, her appetite temporarily overriding her usual tendency to conquer towns and kingdoms.
But although stripped of his much of his barbecued flesh, this was not the end of the road for ol' Percy. For the Reaper of the Cards, doing both his job and Zorc's dirty work, sent the body and spirit of the man over to the Undead Hordes, where Pumpking turned the knight from dead human to undead warrior.
His steed had also fallen in the conflict, and was revived alongside him. To this day, Doomcaliber Knight rides into the darkness of the night, dreaming of and anticipating the day he finally gets his revenge on the Flame Swordsman!
