sorry like I know these are typical Bollywood songs ghisa pita but as of now they are working as a balm for what’s to come. As soon as I get some time I will dive right back into my fix-it fanfic, if that still makes sense for everyone.

There’s something about the kind of narrative that doesn’t pretend to bother with any sort of clever subtle foreshadowing but instead tells you right up front what horrors are going to happen eventually and you have to sit there watching all the details fall into place yelling at the characters to change the future but because they are who they are, they won’t.

Character A goes “hey it would be awful if this very specific thing happened, right guys? Right?”

B-Z: “oh yeah totally, will never happen”

And then it does.
