Here are my Doomicorn and Lush comparisons! In all of these pictures, Doomicorn is on the left and Lush is on the right. So on my index and middle finger is Doomicorn and on my ring and pinky I've got Lush. I will start by saying these are VERY similar polishes, but not dupes. The biggest difference between the two is the base color with Doomicorn being a more cool toned purple and Lush being a more warm toned purple. They both have a green to blue shifting shimmer but you can see how the difference in the base color really changes the color you see in the shimmer too.
Lush is definitely brighter and I would even say a TOUCH more opaque, but what Doomicorn lacks is saturation, it makes up for in shiftiness. I think that slightly less saturated base makes more colors visible in the shimmer. You can see it in the middle left picture especially well. The Doomicorn fingers shift through a sort of muted rainbow while Lush moves quite quickly to the warm purple base.
So all in all I love BOTH of these polishes. And even with their differences, they totally have the same vibe on the nail, so you can't go wrong with either one. Feel free to comment if you have any questions! 😁

hell's worst night-mare
Today's polish is Doomicorn. ♥️😍♥️ It was the last polish I had on while in Tahoe, but I wanted to post Strawberry for Valentine's day so Doomicorn got bumped to today. If someone forced me to pick, this is probably my favorite polish I own. It's just SO shifty and delicate and looks completely different in different lighting. The video is from our car ride home, which is why it's so shaky. But that video did the best job capturing as many of the shifts as possible. Unmade and Act of Wrath are the same formula in different colors. I even did a Doomicorn skittle a while back. This is Doomicorn from Bees Knees Lacquer, in case there was any question. 😂
