So as some of you know I work as a resident assistant (now a senior resident assistant)at my university.
Here are my door decs for next semester :) They’re krakens and pirate ships. However I kind of think the krakens look like hot dog sausages. I like them a lot so I’m hoping my residents will too. Kind of thinking of doing a pirate theme for the whole floor but that might be kind of extra lmfao.

I am so excited about this month’s theme! I am a coke addict, as in the soda, and I was really excited to make these mini glittery coke cans for everyone! TO make them I bought red and white glitter paper from Hobby Lobby (where else lol) and cut out little cans from the red. I used the white to make the letters for the name and the coke logo swish. I then used silver paint to make the aluminum tops and bottoms of the can!

How do you know you were an RA in college? You clean out a massive plastic tote and find all of your old bulletin board supplies which includes (but is not limited to):
• an endless variety of pens that may or may not work • an embarrassing amount of sticky-note pads • two unopened packages of index cards • an unopened box of black Sharpies • a LOT of construction and printer paper
• two staplers (no actual staples) • unused & unfinished door decs • all of your past programming hopes and dreams
As someone who has a weird appreciation for office supplies that he'll never use, today is a good day.
'Twas the fourth night of training when all through the hall not an RA was sleeping not even the slouch. The door decs were hung on the doors with care, in hopes that the residents soon would be there
