"Dammit, you said you wouldn't leave me!" Dean spat, trying in vain to choke back sobs as he held on to the bars of the massive jail cell they put the moose in because he couldn't fit at the local Petsmart. Dean knew this wasn't Moose's fault, but years of betrayal hit him at his core.
The moose trotted up to the bars, attempting to push his nose through the opening to Dean but alas, it was far too large and the hunter was forced to reach in. As soon as his hand touched his wet nose, the animal let out a sneeze as if to say, "I'm sorry, Dean. I don't know what to do, but I'll find a way out of this, I promise."
"You damn well better," Dean pulled out a tissue from his top pocket and wiped his face of the excess saliva that shot out of his love's mouth during the sneeze-ridden exchange. "I won't let you do it alone, though. You can guarantee that."
