Oxford about a hundred years ago. I was there this morning and it's not that different bar the traffic... The soot and ivy has been scrubbed off the walls! Dorothy Sayers would have recognised this - in fact, she was awarded her MA in 1920 when the rules changed.

One of my favorite factoids is that Dorothy Sayers is credited with the slogan "Guinness is good for you."
