don't forget though, SH was at BC b-day at cirque, so it wasn't yrs since they had hung out. im certainly not trying to totally suggest that he has been in on every single step, but if she was some hateful user woman he found distateful and gen despises, why have her at the b-day party? and he is pals w her NYC crew, they have hung out. i think we're all very quick to assume she is this evil woman and not entertain the idea that maybe they are more in on it together than we like to admit.

You said yourself; pals with some of the same people. She may have been invited as a courtesy being back in London, may have been a +1 with someone else. I've done the courtesy invite myself to people I don't necessarily like. In this case, it's assumption on my behalf. The NYC crew does seem to be the linchpin in the connecting of dots. And I'm definitely not hanging all the blame on SH. I'm sure BC was complicit in the clusterfuckery, just to a point.
