Do the Work on Mental Health
‘A Decade of Change in Just 2 Years’ – UK Government
The Covid-19 virus happened and mental health took a knock, not helped by some of the decisions they've made. My books should be rolling off the shelves, THEY'RE NOT. My books should be giving food for thought, THEY'RE NOT!
But seriously how many of us have got our sh*t together? How many of us have dealt with our past, enough to thrive in the present and look to the future. How many of us think about mental health? We should all be thinking and dealing with mental health, but for those who don’t want to think about, or work on their mental health, they will simply choose to ignore it.
Since Covid-19, in the beginning when the media initially talked about mental health in those first months, now mental health is largely ignored. Ignoring mental health may work for a finite time, but mental health doesn't wait. With 13 years of literature in the shape of The CP Diary and 3 books that deal with mental health, now would be a good time to pick up the pace and to deal with your mental health. As they say prevention is better than cure. Also, depending on the illness there is no cure, but it all starts at the cellular level with mental health.
If you're interested in dealing with your mental health and you fancy grabbing copies of my books, they are available to purchase on my website here https://www.thecpdiary.com/my-books/ - net proceeds to go to mental health charities. Free postage.
