Card for today is NIGHT SKY - soul journey This card reminds us that like the night sky, our journey in this life time is vast and unfathomable in it's entirety. It is like a map showing us where we have come from and the many directions we can take in the future. The night sky links us to our ancestors, both those who have come before us and those who are still to come and holds within it's tiny stars a map to our own souls dots lifetimes so to speak. If your feeling lost or unsure what direction to take in your life, take a moment to stand outside in the dark of night and gaze up to the stars and listen to what your soul has to tell you. All of these ORIGINAL art works are for sale on my website. They are all my standard A5 size, and come un framed. All are acrylics on water colour paper and were dotted with bird feathers. These are the next collection to be added. ( I am such a hoarder. I thought I would just keep them all but to have them packed away in folders doesn't bring me the happiness that knowing they were being loved while hanging in a forever home would.) Today's card - LIGHTNING Lighting is associated with sudden and unexpected change. When a storm hits the sky darkens, the wind blows and often with the afternoon thunderstorms on Australia there can bring with them thunder, lightning, hail and damaging winds. Sometimes we hang so strongly to things that no longer serve us and that are actually keeping us from following our true path. The storm with it's chaos brings us a catalyst for change. When lightening strikes it illuminates the landscape of our lives so we can clearly see debris and also where to shelter when life gets a little crazy. Expect to be surprised, unexpected meetings. Today's coffee and card - JELLYFISH which is all about transparency. It is a reminder to be honest and open about our motives with not just others but ourselves. What is it your hoping to achieve and how are your actions and words focused around that? The jellyfish reminds us that sometimes there can be a very real sting associated with transparency especially when you realise that our motives may not be as well intentioned as we thought they were. Jellyfish encourages us to be truthful, even when the truth hurts and to be open and honest with those around us..
