I've been struggling a bit watching Double Parked
It's embarrassment comedy, so I always want to hide my face while watching.
The writing isn't always tight enough.
The characters ended last season in a bad place, and have been struggling to reconnect while caring for newborns.
But this scene, where Danielle Cormack dances with Madeleine Sami and Antonia Prebble, and that allows Nat and Steph to reconnect while Edie lets herself out the door being all "my work here is done"? That was perfect, no notes. They could have done much worse things with the storyline and instead we got this. Made my day.

Have you heard of the New Zealand show called Double Parked? It’s so far super cute, funny, and an easy watch.
I have! I think it's super cute and fun, and gosh, a far cry from Eddie, huh. I was thinking to myself the other day, after probably one cancellation announcement or another, that Madeleine Sami is singlehandly saving ongoing f/f. :P
I was thinking of asking for requests from Double Parked and also Deadloch, because they're both full of so many tiny funny moments, and Deadloch in particular is not very shippy, which is what I usually focus on in my posts, I guess, but I don't mind doing funny or noteworthy other moments, especially when casually queer, as both these series really are. It's just tough because some of the gifsets that would pay off the best, like with running jokes, or callbacks, are fairly complex and not just doing a simple scene.
