Putin's Russia has stepped up its "double-tap" attacks. That means Russia strikes a (usually civilian) target and then hits it again when first responders arrive to rescue people or to put out fires.

It's yet another way in which Putin uses terrorist tactics in his attempted genocide in Ukraine. Somebody needs to double-tap the Putin Palace.
