🛁 - Shower with my muse
Mallisia was busy showering in her fairly small rented flat, singing to herself as she did. Although her singing was rather poor by all accounts, even when not muffled by the sound of running water.

🛁 - Shower with my muse
Mallisia was busy showering in her fairly small rented flat, singing to herself as she did. Although her singing was rather poor by all accounts, even when not muffled by the sound of running water.
“Do - I know you?”
“Uh... no, I don’t think we’ve ever met before.” she shook her head. “But it’s entirely possible to have seen me in the past, though.”
(Got a ▤ prompt, but my brain was clearly on autopilot & interpreted it as a “Mm..”, so I need to answer it this way. For @doubleichigo-multiverse (or their NSFW sideblog, whichever they choose))
Mallisia was lightly humming to herself as she worked, going around cleaning her owner’s home, hopefully she could make everything spotless before they returned, she wouldn’t consider herself a good worker if she didn’t. “I should probably ask the boss for some more help...” She thought to herself, before shrugging it off, wasn’t her place to question her workload, it gave her a place to live without competition from other servants, so she was fine with it.
Please tell me that Frontier's OVA didnt have any new music that replaced the credit's music for it?
It did not.
Frontiers OVA dub is interesting because it aired the once, if not only twice on the Jetix block back in the day.
Any surviving version that you will find online kept the english dub audio, but replaced the visuals with the slightly updated HD original sub version that came out semi-recently (nothing was cut so this isn’t significant/noticeable until the credits start rolling ofc)
In fact a lot of the og digimon OVAs are only found online this way! (barring the three that were apart of the theatrical movie and the Savers movie which never got a dub!) Credits aside you can literally hear how the audio aged like crazy
original english opening which appeared on television for revenge of diaboromon
online versions you’ll find for revenge of diaboromon now. <-Around the 3 minutes left mark you can hear how the audio has not aged well.
Unless someone taped it from the original television release, there, at the moment, exists no online copy of the technical “original” Frontier OVA dub. I say technical “original” because the audio still exists, (and you can watch it right here if you’re feeling it after this quick mon history lesson lol) however it is very difficult to find a version that isn’t the unedited raw movie itself.
Stuff like this may or may not seem important, but its important context to know when you understand that this is the one that aired on television and was attached to the original english dub:
But this is the one that you will find online.
And of course, the main reason on why you’re probably here, it’s also why the ending for the Tamers movie had this song in the credits, but is placed over the original Japanese text credits..
(A lot of people tend to lose their minds at this and there being the actual Japanese text on screen when watching the OVAs, but there is a reason!! Toei basically called for a total take down of the original dub visuals years ago, the only thing that survived was the audio, and uploaders re-syncing it onto other anime hosting sites.)
anyway, I got a bit carried away there (the class historian in me can’t help it, especially when it comes to digimon related history lol)
