I've realized a lot today.

-it feels amazing being able to focus on my health, my body, my thoughts.

-exercising is the best therapy

-i only have two months until i have all of my college notifications

-five months until graduation

-i must use this full on ME time to my advantage to be independent, love myself, and grow

-and having doughboii leave has taught me this:

"love is not about possession. love is about appreciation."

and oh how i appreciate you.
