A little while ago you recommended pathfinder: kingmaker. I just wanna tell I just finished the game for the first time and I had a blast!
oh yippee, that's amazing!! so glad you did :-) i was thinking about that the other day, cause even though i recommend it, i'm not sure how much me liking it as much as i did was a question of time and place. in that the previous games i played before kingmaker mostly let me down in terms of... having companions who are compelling, who don't get all along all the time and have negative traits to match their positive traits. kingmaker definitely delivered on that front, and i think it's part of why i really enjoyed it and was willing to overlook a lot of things that annoyed me about it... and why i liked regongar, a character who has many traits that would usually put on my blacklist lol. i really like him but i see why others might not
so, glad you liked it! i would still recommend kingmaker for the ability to roleplay, the way it reacts to player choices (incredible), and for having fun companions. despite everything
