Making progress everyday! This was about three weeks ago, my first day back on the rower since FEB!! I've let myself go these last two months and have been eating real bad while not being able to exercise, the BS stops now, if I am going to be jogging/running in 3 weeks i need to drop some kegs to ease the load on my knees.
