Today I close the door one final time at a place that was my first big open door to working with some of the population that wasn’t otherwise getting exposure to yoga, meditation and just being. I feel it was the real start to important magic that has been transpiring in my professional life lately. I’ve let a lot go, closed a lot of doors, opened up the door to my heart and I’m excited to see what grows. Yoga Grace is more than just a name, really..it’s a way to move and breathe through all of life, not just on our yoga mats.
