Wow, what a weekend with friends and fam that rolled into a pretty epic #moonday + #earthday filled with last minute plans, making gains of the physical and spiritual variety, walks in my bare feet ,brainstorming on helping our environment while gathering trash at the park. Rounded the evening off with a collective practice in yoga grace raising money for the #yogasummitofohio and our outreach missions, got some good food from Jasmine and watched Japanese cartoons with my boo. Yoga Grace is more than just a name, really..it’s a way to move and breathe through all of life, not just on our yoga mats. I am feeling so energized and grateful to teach for my dear Turra G tonight at 7pm. Here’s a little ditty I wrote up on my recent yoga vibe: 🙌🏻 An intuitively guided freedom flow rooted in anatomical reality. My teaching style is greatly influenced by Kripalu yoga as well as the practice of mindfulness + meditation, where our movements go far beyond the mechanical aspects into a deeper inquiry of sensation, thought and patterns.
