it is so funny to me that studies apparently show that autistic people have more of the Sonic Hedgehog protein (protein essential for splitting the front of ur brain into two seperate halves and your eyes into two seperate eyes during early development) in their bodies than neurotypicals do. like. i cannot believe i was genetically predispositioned to get this one hyperfixation and it did in fact get my ass majorly

had a wild dream abt a 3d bw2 sequel and submas in it

it literally added a multiplayer versus roguelike mode to the battle subway called "battle subway live" (emmet, ingo and elesa would actively participate as commentators as you fight your way to the front and it was very funny. like my character was doing fine but apparently the other participants werent and they were trying so hard not to be rude whilst also going "what in arceus's name are you cooking") and like the whole thing was that it was kind of like dynamax adventures where with the rental pokemon (you would get a team of 4 max) you gain if you clear a certain amount of battles with them you get the option to adopt them after the end of your run. (it was very specifically adopt them, it was like a pokemon rescue thing for abandoned/surrendered pokemon who really wanted to battle which basically lets them choose their own trainer and do a few test fights with them. every rental pokemon also had a unique nickname and the cards introducing them were like those cards you see at animal shelters with goofy photos of them simply chilling and said stuff like "i really like physical moves! i like pecha berries the most, but i can be a bit jumpy. please dont wear purple around me- i will try to bite you" and it was also the only way to get hisuian pokemon in this game)

the best part of the dream was there was also still normal battle subway stuff but with the option to use rental teams as a difficulty challenge and if you did that and successfully beat either of the twins they'd gift you a pokemon, but i only remember my protagonist beating emmet. and like i get off the train visibly exhausted. and then i turn to see emmet AGGRESIVELY powerwalking at me and once ye reaches me he just holds out his hand and presents a shiny joltik and goes "gift :)" but like then it goes to the dynamax adventure pokemon selection menue with joltik being the only option and emmet VERY CLEARLY leaning over the top of the menu to stare at you and it was so funny to me

i also remember there being a cutscene when you get on for the first time where ingo infodumps about how they got custom trains which are wider and sturdier on the inside or something to allow for more diverse battle styles and then he teaches you how to do agile and strong style from pla
