i personally headcanon deoxys as inherently genderless but uses any and all pronouns, specifically depending on different forms!! so i'll primarily be using he/she/they/it and so on.. if you want specifics, default forme prefers they/them, attack prefers he/him, defense she/her, and speed forme uses anything, including neos :)
