Even more shoving Clones into DPxDC

Years after Young Justice find Conner and put a stop to Project Cadmus, the old building had been left abandoned as the various heroes were busy with other matters.

That was until reports of an eerie green glow was reported being spotted through the windows, so the heroes go to investigate.

They find the top floors mostly empty and full of dust, until they get to one room that clearly had someone squatting in it.

They then make their way down to the hidden underground lab and are greeted with the sight of 4 cloning tubes filled with what they recognize as lazarus water.

They step closer but a stopped by a girl with long white hair and green glowing eyes the same shade as the cloning pods.

She tells them to leave and forget what they saw, but of course they don't and due to some misunderstandings things get violent.

In the fight one of the cloning tubes gets cracked and the girl slams whoever cracked it into the ground, yelling about them hurting her brother.

One of you had fantastic names for the other failed Danny-clones. It was in a post where Danny had named them postmortem and I thought they were so good but I can’t find the original post to give credit.

I remember they named the big one “Atlas” and the scary skull one “Nebula” for the skull nebula.

So I'm back on my clone bullshit everyone, my bois have been drawn, they're living rent free inside my head, I can't settle on a human or ghost design for Dorian ( muscle clone, big boi ) because his hair looked wonky to me ( and also he's less beefy as a human because I said so ) but we're vibing...

With all that being said, I've decided to share this lil sketch of them chilling together. Yknow, Dante ( spooky scary skelly-clone •^• ) is painting, the others are hovering over his shoulder, life is good for them.

They've evolved quite a bit since I first thought of them tbh, I wonder if I should try and write a fic about them. I don't know if I have the time, and I haven't written fanfiction before, but like - my bois. I wanna give them a story. I wanna write the funky lil scenes in my head.

I encourage anyone reading this to freely project their own OCs onto these funky lil one off-clones. They can fit so much character, trust me. It's fun essentially adopting them from canon, and everyone I know who has snatched them has a different take. And that's fun! It's great to have multiple versions of these lil funky clones lying around the fandom space •^•

What should Liam's Ghost name be?

Context for people who don't know and don't want to read my full blog. Liam is the resurrected Perfect Clone from Kindred Spirits. His human name came from Invisobill, to Bill, to William, to Liam.

I also gave the other clones both human and ghost names, David Ecton, Jax Shade, Kenny Spec(ter), and Elle Spirit. So Liam needs a ghost name too.

So what should it be?

What if Vlad in fact wanted to recreate Danny because he lost a child similar to Danny (or Danny, as his son, but in another timeline/world) and just wanted him back? Loss can make people bitter and desperate to do everything to get loved ones back.

I see your Elle showing up to the Fenton family reunion and raise you all the clones coming, including the 3 ghosty ones all hiding in a massive trench coat.

They could literally just show up completely unannounced and fit right in without question, they look a lot like Danny but so do several other cousins, Elle probably invites them along since she got away with it easy

Danny might lowkey freak out for a hot moment seeing them but very quickly realise that they are in absolutely no danger and lets them enjoy the festivities, just checking in on them every so often

they have to dodge a few questions about their parentage but luckily most of the Fenton clan are very easily distracted

for Going Angst Day 3 Family/Friends

Title: Changeling

- casual day, the trio heading out for an outing (new bowling alley? arcade?). these days it's rare that they would get a free break. they want to savor it while it last

- ghost attack, phantom appeared,

- ghost fight, something collapsed.

- ghost disappeared

- but where is Danny?

- Sam and tuck uncovered the debris, trying to find Danny.

- called for Jazz to bring in Fenton boomerang to home in on Danny

- found Danny

- but Danny doesn't remember anything.

- sound of air being sucked through a vacuum (wheeze click), sterile cool dry air with sharp tang of antiseptics, faint beeping in the background (blurs into white noise)

- feminine voice droned out "58% lamb chops--"

- male voice "add more to the solution. we need to keep him deep under for this operation" "soon my son"

- the occupant did not respond to his voice. laying deep in slumber, surrounded by metallic cords on a too pristine, solid metal bed

- next to the bed, several screens, each monitoring the vitals of the occupant on the bed

- on one screen shows a log note: August 4, clone stability was a failure. All of them are lacking in something that keeps them solid. Whatever is the missing key- only the original holds it. The key to the perfect son.

aka if Vlad wasn't a Saturday Morning villain. A more dangerous Vlad would orchestrate a scenario where he swaps Danny with one of the faulty clones (reduced all complexity to maintain longer stability in human form) with no memories of anything other than basic function and some speech capabilities. With no memories the clone would have nothing to give away that would hint that it's not the real Danny. No going ghost, no plan spills, no need to fill in background info for infiltration, etc. By the time the clone eventually melts away, they won't know who's the culprit and Vlad should be able to obtain what he wants by then.
