DP Headcannon:

Frostbite created the Crown of Fire under orders from the Tryant King. As if to punish him for the cowardace that prevented him from defying the order, the crown's flame melted the skin and meat from the bones of his left arm. Permanently.

Years later he celebrates the hero who defied the old king and won. Who did what Frostbite could not. He carves the child's face into the stone tunnels that hold the Realm's most ancient artifacts with his hand of ice. So that no matter what, that moment in time where courage prevailed, will never be forgotten.

By himself, his descendants, and the new king.

What if being half dead makes danny extra tired, like idk cuz its closer to being dead or smth. Anyway after danny kinda chills with his rogues he’ll sleep like the dead (pun intended) and for a very long time. Like he doesn’t really need to but hed prefer it if possible. So when he has time off he’ll sleep like 15 hours average. Or even for days on end. I think this would be especially funny in like a crossover, like one where he gets his shit together and goes to the crossover universe. Hed go to sleep and whoever would like freak out bc omg is danny dead??? Oh god what do we do??

Okay so yall know about that one scene from Steven Universe where Steven got his gem pulled out and like collapsed and was basically  dying because he couldn’t survive on his own?

Ya know this part.

I was thinking about it last night and some other Danny Phantom posts i saw and was hit with a wonderful idea.

We already have at least two items in DP that can separate Danny and Phantom from each other. They didn't really show consequences like I am thinking of though.

If Danny and Phantom got separated, personally, I think Danny would be struggling to even breath. He’d have nerve damage and a whole other slew of issues that probably wouldn’t allow him to last long.

I have always HC’d that its his ghost half keeping him alive. 

And paired with this idea well-

Think of Phantom, glowing a toxic, vivid and unnatural green. Lacking everything that made him human, everything that allowed the town to even be comfortable in his presence because he is sufficatingly powerful. Staring with a dead, pun not intended, expression at the Fentons or GIW or who ever did it to him.

Think of Phantom throwing a fit because why would it matter who he was? That Danny they want back, the fully human Danny. The weak, sickly and never happy Danny died when he was created. 

You know, kinda like this. 

And everyones just standing there, stunned and fearful.

While Danny’s just trying to get to his other half. Stumbling and struggling while in a mind numbing about of pain.

They can try to stop it but Phantoms to fast and as soon as their hands touch a massive shockwave gets sent out. Electronics going haywire, lightbulbs shattering and lightning crackling.

And when the blining flash dims theres Danny.

But he doesnt look like Phantom nor does he look like Fenton. But rather a perfect mix of the two. A defense his core came up with because it never wants to be separated again.

as much as i've seen people talk about vlad plasmius, it surprises me that no one has come to the same conclusion as i that his obsession is actually 'things he cannot get'

like, think about it. what does he want? maddie, danny and the packers. all of which are beyond his reach. maddie is married and thoroughly uninterested in divorce. danny has made his own feelings clear on numerous occasions, and they definitively state that the packers are one of the few things vlad cannot buy. and yet he is obsessed with all three. he decorates his mansions in packers colours, he owns many of their shirts and a signed ball if i'm remembering correctly. though the show doesn't focus on it he is clearly immensely interested in them, as much as any super fan. if not more. and as for danny and maddie, well we all know how he feels about that.

i mean, it seems kinda obvious to me but i guess the packers thing is easy to forget about cause the show doesn't linger on it, but it's definitely there.

So when I was working on PC: Redux I was overcome with a sudden urge to worldbuild a scientific name for blood blossoms because, well, why not. Figured I'd share it with the phandom if anyone wanted or needed it.

The name I came up with is

Rosa disanthus

"Rosa" is the genus for flowers in the rose family. The appearance of blood blossoms and the wiki description both indicate that the flower is similar enough to roses.

From the wiki: "Blood Blossoms look like red rosebuds, with a purple-trimmed black stem and leaves."

Deciding on the species name was a lot harder since there weren't any formal rules and a lot of it just tends to be descriptive. I decided on using the root word 'anthos' which is greek for 'flower' and is a commonly used species name (see helianthus which is the scientific name for sunflowers). I wanted to somehow connect the species name to death, ghosts, or the underworld, considering that that's more indicative of the plant's uses rather than just describing it as 'red' or 'bloody.'

My first go-to was 'thanatos' the greek word for death, but I had no idea how to combine that with 'anthos' because...well, I'm neither greek nor a botanist. But the great thing about scientific names is that you can use latin or greek, so I tried looking for a word in that direction. I ended up going with 'Dis' which refers to 'Dis Pater' (or Father Dis) who is the roman god of the underworld (sometimes associated with Pluto/Hades). So combining what I had, we got Rosa disanthus, which can be very loosely translated to 'underworld flower rose'

Sam has a whole mall goth this going on

Jazz has a bit of a 70s and 80s Revival type of thing she wears alot of vest hills platforms and headbands

Danny has a mix of grung and skater fashion going on

Tucker idk honestly it's mostly the same. Most of his clothes are baggy, though

Valerie also has a bit of 70s / 90s fashion going on she wears a lot of platforms, headbands flared, and cropped shirts along with a few airbrushed tees, etc

Paulina has a bit of a Mc bling thing going on along with alot of track suits and hair clips

Star wears a lot of jeans, tracks, suits, cropped shirts, and graphic tees

Idk what else

So I don't know if anyone's thought of this before but like think about the fact that Danny having a layer in the ghost zone and that's where all of his stuff that he kind of sticks in like itdidn't like it in like a void And you can just like pool it out many times he wants so you have a floating piece of rock or his layer that just has a pile of stuff that is just kind of stuck in there and this is making sense sorry
