I'm gonna be honest,, I just read fics of the kid!Jon time traveller theme and I got a bit shook when they were all unfinished and I was craving for more. I just started doodling my own version to cope, one with a much more light-hearted and funny tone
And hoping that maybe my drawings might inspire tma fic writers to write more "jon time travels to his 8 year old self" fics,, i love the theme so much i dont mind reading it again and again

ANYWAY, here are the fics that got me hooked:
1.) Too much time by Hix (180k+ words) - angtsy as fuck,,, super slow burn when it comes to jon’s relationships with others,, my fave one so far. Jon has his memories intact but elias doesnt
2.) Time is Hard by Serazimei (130k+ words) - a bit more light hearted than the first fic,, friendships are formed faster and there are a lot of sweet moments. Elias is forced to remember what he did to jon but has no plans to end the world after
3.) The Timeline of Theseus by Applea (90k+ words) - Jon doesn’t remember anything at all but is still powerful. Elias keeps him around because of his abilities
4.) A break in the clouds by Ash_ Rabbit (107k+ words) - here the real Elias keeps his body and Jonah is in James Wright. His interactions with Jon are so adorable hngg

A/N: I think you misunderstood the song prompt thing lol, but oh well! This was fun and good practice for angst week. This kinda took it’s own turn, but I’m still lowkey proud of it :D Requests are currently closed :p
Natsu stood on the battlefield, bodies of demons and humans strewn about in in a wide arc, no pattern. Fire licked at his claws, dark black talons growing from where his nails used to be and scales covering the skin of his wrists and forearms.
He let loose a feral snarl, turning slowly in a circle, daring anyone to challenge him. A grin that felt twisted even to him revealed his elongated fangs, lower lip bleeding where they touched. Power surged through him, consumed him in white hot ecstasy. He wanted to fight.
Natsu roared.
The sound resonated in his chest, flames from his thrown back head and reaching for the smoke and ash filled sky, mixing with the deafening sound of challenge and bestial power. He dropped his head back into a normal position, manic laugh pulling from his throat even as he felt blood trickle down the sides of his chin. His own or someone else’s he didn’t care.
“Natsu.”
His head whipped to the right, pointed ears twitching at the soft call. He watched with a cocked head as a figure slowly emerged from the smoke. Her clothes were in tatters, revealing milky skin that was blemished with dirt and blood. She shook as she continued to walk towards him, twin paths cleared from honey brown eyes along her cheeks by tears. “Stop it.”
Natsu grinned at her command, because that was how she said it. Though the fear in her body and decimation around her, Lucy’s voice did not quiver and her tone was final. She was so strong. His weirdo.
Okay but, I'm actually kind of obsessed with future Soccer Mom Fabian. Like, in his late thirties/early forties, completely domesticated after years of adventuring and performing on stage.
Rolling up to Elmville's Soccer (Strikeball) pitch in his tricked out mini-van (Yes, he *finally* had to get a driver's license. It took him two tries.), designer tracksuit and sunglasses, an iced coffee and with his youngest strapped to his front. He and his family were ready to have a fun Saturday morning. And you damn well know he brought orange slices for his eldest daughter's whole team.
Fabian and his litter of Goblin children vs a nice day at the park so that Briar (Riz and Fabes' Eldest daughter) can play soccer. It's an arduous task to do it on his own (Riz usually comes, but he does have Angel Spy business to deal with sometimes), but with Hangman keeping watch so that none of the scamper off too far or birds or weirdos don't snatch any of them.
His youngest two he keeps in his swaddle for as long as they'll happily sit before they get antsy and need to move around a bit. So he lets them play in a stroller/wagon that has a zippered mesh covering. Upsides? It's an airable enclosed space that he can put toys and snacks in and they can't escape. Plus it feels like a cave for them. Downsides? He does get stares whenever one of them climbs the mesh wall and chitters at him for either more snacks and/or cuddles.
They have gotten clever though. Fabian has to be careful now when he opens up the covering to give more snacks or to provide cuddles because it's slowly becoming a regular ploy so that the other can dart out of the opening and run free. It's happened a few times now and it's just so hard to catch the little shits.
Luckily, he doesn't have to always run and catch them. Hangman is always a help, but he's a little too big to catch the babies. That's where his eldest comes in.
A gift from The Queen of Air and Darkness herself, Elemin is closer to the size of a Hobgoblin six year old but created from a fey beast ratcatcher. Still a Goblin, but he's much more feral than his smaller siblings and amazing at catching small creature. Which his siblings definitely are. All Fabian has to do is call him and tell him go catch the twins and the little guy is ON IT!
Misty Step as close as he can and the he's down on all fours, bound and determined to catch his siblings. Elemin always catches them, nabbing them by their scruffs and hauling them back over to Fabian. Usually giggling their heads off.
Once he's gotten his reward, more snacks, hugs, and praise from Papa, Elemin makes his way back over to the nearby jungle gym to continue to play with Fabian’s middle child, Revel. His little acrobat.
Lots of 'Papa, look at me! Look how high I can go!' that is going to put Fabian into an early grave thanks to a heart attack. Younger than Elemin and Briar, but only by two years, Revel is allowed to go off and play further away from Fabian, but usually under the supervision of the Hangman or accompanied by Elemin. He's also a crack with a slingshot, so Fabian is less worried about the whole getting stolen by a big enough bird thing.
Last but not least, there's the girl of the hour, his little Briar Patch who had (uncharacteristically. She's also the most like Riz.) asked about playing Strikeball. Now, while she was like Riz (anxious, a bit paranoid, and not a lot of friends at school yet), Briar was far more introverted, so Fabian had (against his former worries about his tinier kids playing sports) ran with her interest in the sport. Signing her up for a small creatures kid league and taking her out to the park every Saturday morning without fail.
Fabian makes sure to spend as much of his time watching her while she's out on the field and taking pictures. And, yes, when half time comes around he has plenty of orange slices for the whole team, but especially for his girl. Now, is it against the rules to send your child back into the game with a Bardic Inspiration stashed away? Maybe, Fabian doesn't know because he doesn't care, he does it every time anyway. Because, by the Gods, his daughter needs to know that It's Saturday morning and he believes in her, okay?!
As Briar excitedly tromps back onto the field after halftime with her Papa's belief magically coursing through her, one of the other moms asks how Fabian does what he does. He laughs and plays it off. Practice and lots of trial and error. But the other mom insists; how can he possibly keep track of them all? Fabian laughs again and jokes that he has them all chipped. Which is, of course, a lie.
He has them all tagged.
All of his kids wear matching tail cuffs that have little locate creature runes in them that are linked to a ring he always wears. Whenever he loses sight of one of them, he can activate his ring and sense where they are. It also notifies him when one of the cuffs leave 1000 feet limit. Riz has a ring just like it. Can't ever be too careful in his opinion and Fabian can't help but agree.
Finally, at the end of the morning, whether her team won or lost, they all pile back into the mini van and Fabian drives them to Bsrar's for a little lunch time treat. And then, with any luck, once they get back to Seacaster Manor, naptime/quiet time for everyone! Including Papa! Shit is exhausting.
ficlet requests you say? i've always had this idea that riz is very particular about how he makes his coffee (when he's able to be), has a whole routine and it just very Exact about it. would love to see how you would interpret that sort of routine/ritual if it strikes your fancy 👀

note: so turns out i actually have the opposite headcanon- haha, riz doesn't feel like a particularly picky person about his coffee to me, or the way it's made. so this wound up diverging away from the prompt. but this was still very fun to write!! a huge thank you to honeyfluent for helping me out! coffee is not my forte oTL (written during @d20ficoff)
Contrary to popular opinion, Riz isn’t actually picky about his coffee.
He doesn’t really know where that came from, if he’s being honest. Maybe because he drinks coffee all the time — but even then, just by observing him, people should figure out that he doesn’t care what kinds of coffee he drinks. He’ll drink anything, from the awful drip coffee made with the thrift store coffeemaker at home, which always tastes too gritty because Riz tries not to use too many beans, to the fancier drinks he makes with Fabian’s espresso machine whenever he hangs out at his place.
(Riz really likes that espresso machine, if he’s being honest. He felt like his mind had been blown the moment he figured it out, realising it could make different kinds of coffee drinks, some of which he hadn’t even heard of.
He’s sure Fabian has figured out how much he likes it because there’s always a ready stock of anything Riz needs whenever he comes over — finely-ground coffee of some expensive, high-quality variety, and other ingredients, like milk for lattes, sparkling soda for an espresso soda, or ice cream for an affogato. Riz never brings it up because he knows Fabian will deflect and deny within an inch of his life, so he always makes him a cup of coffee instead as thanks.)

GREETINGS EVERYONE!!! I've spent the last couple of months working on a full length comic adaption of @goodlucktai's beautiful 'fishbowl' fanfic!!! Below you can read the fruits of my efforts :) Enjoy!
How many goblins in the demon kings army were there willingly? How many of them were simply being controlled with magic, maybe an artifact of some kind? Pok infiltrated their numbers when he was working as a spy, did he have a way to resist the spell? What happens when a new demon king tries to take the throne? What happens when one of your party cant resist?
Look, Riz understood that people outside of Solace really didn't like goblins, to be honest some people IN Solace were still kind of dicks about the whole thing but it was a lot more tame than this. If it wasn't to prevent another possibly world-ending catastrophe he wouldn't have even agreed to go.
He knew his party would be pissed but they were doing their best to be polite and not offend anyone because the lord of this manor had something they needed. In order to even get him in the door the had to pretend he was some sort of pet, so he'd been separated from the team and led away to a separate area to sleep for the night.
Of course they'd noticed his lockpicks hanging from his belt, and these people weren't stupid so they knew he'd probably have no problem getting himself free if he had use of his hands. They were apparently worried that he'd get out and attack their livestock and were being overly cautious. That was how he found himself sitting on a pile of soft straw, locked into one of the unused horse stables, with manacles that complely covered his hands to prevent him using his claws. Honestly though, the muzzle was a bit far.... or not, he probably would try to bite the shit out of the first person to come close.
Riz races across the lower decks of Leviathan to find a missing Fabian who, after sleepwalking into the sea, was found by some of Whitclaw's crew and dragged back to their ship as a present for the future pirate king. But of course, that didn't mean that the crew couldn't have some fun with him first.
