i am regularly thinking about the dp117 scene where jessie asks james to meet her in the next life after they die.........

Folge 117 war gut, ich muss aber gestehen, dass ich TR in DP nicht so krass finde, die kommen wir doch oft nervig und so vor, aber die Folge war nett für sie. Wieder Streit und die wollen sich trennen, finden aber wieder zusammen etc Deren Band halt

Folge 117 war nichts krasser, konnte ich aber genießen. Waren auch paar nette OSTS am Start, aber der Kampf gegen den Jäger war echt gestreckt, was man solchen Folgen auch anmerkt, da der Plot halt klein ist, aber ich habe ja schon öfter gesagt, dass ich solche Folgen auch genieße. Sind nichts krasses, aber langweilen mich auch nicht

Chiisaki spielt hier am Ende, was ich echt schön fand. Ich hab die damals alle schon editiert, eventuell später erneut mit mehr Beschreibung.

the thing that kills me about the declaration of eternal partnership in dp117 is that musashi says it like a prayer. she says it like she’s speaking intention. 

kojirou’s like... mourning his life, and his words in that moment are so few and so slow. they’ve both accepted their deaths but kojirou’s just like ‘it was nice to spend my days with you. this is goodbye.’ and musashi like, talks ABOVE the roar of the beast threatening them, interrupting the whole world around them, and she just short of shouts ‘if there’s a next life after we die, let’s meet again there!’

like kojirou was happy to leave his body with what he was given, but musashi isn’t satisfied. the idea of death and rebirth isn’t worth it if he’s not there. kojirou’s at peace with the thought of dying because loving musashi and knowing musashi was enough to look back on it and say he lived a good life. musashi’s fighting back against the universe because she loves him so dearly that the thought of never seeing him again is the worst of all, she’s not satisfied saying goodbye to her dearest friend.

she’s always so contradictory but it’s so evident in that moment... she’s like, “whatever, world, you can kill me if you see fit! but i’ll be back, and when i am, he’s coming with me! don’t you dare suggest otherwise!”

and kojirou didn’t think to demand more than what he was given, because what he was given was such bliss to him already. but musashi’s never satisfied, and he loves that about her, and so he agrees.

obviously they survived. but what a beautiful fucking way to go it would have been. what a powerful goddamn moment. i’m full on cramping my jaw from holding back tears over this shit.

what are some episodes where jessie’s hair is down/wet? this is SUCH a weird request but i REALLY LOVE her long beautiful red hair gkdgdj

it’s not weird she’s gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! there’s two examples that come to mind tho

briefly in dp117, noodles! roamin’ off!, at two different points even

most stunning imo example is xy063, a fork in the road! a parting of ways!

she wears it down for disguises pretty regularly nowadays though! she was a lot of buns & ponytails back in the day but she seems to be branching out fghg
