do you have coping strategies for dpd? I'm trying to be less dependent but it's not easy alone since I can't get therapy rn. tysm!!!

I usually have a few stuffed animals that I cuddle when I miss my dp, or like, an animal?? Similar stuff.Just things to cuddle.
Use an app that does something like flip a coin or a magic 8 ball? This helps when you can’t make decisions, feels like someone else is doing it for you.
Meditate if you can, find something to calm you. Please find healthy coping mechnisms, the bad ones are 100 times less helpful
