I also love when God gives me little blessings like this one. . Do you take time to notice the little gifts sprinkled through out your day? Research shows that practicing #gratitude is beneficial to your emotional wellness, and these benefits also carry over into other aspects of wellness. . You may be thinking that I don’t know your situation or your challenges and that would be true. I don’t know you. But I do know that things could always be worse. and I know that the key to survival during dark times is the ability to find hope. And finding hope starts with being grateful. . My prayer for you this morning is that what ever you are facing you can find a way to see it’s value and take that gratitude and move into a better place. .
