Expressing myself is a struggle due to my shyness and uncertainty when it comes to others. There are also aspects of myself I reject because those interests or personality traits don't fit the image I created for myself.

One of my favorite spiritual teachers, @jaealissa , advised in one of her lives to go back to the past to get a more holistic understanding of who you are.

That piece of advice helped me remember how I was into beauty, friendship, spontaneous adventures, and art 🎨 I completely forgot about that during my development journey as I shifted my focus to psychology, spirituality, occultism, and history 📖

Humans are multifaceted beings, and it is normal to have various interests. My goal is to gradually translate this on this platform and my personal life as I begin to learn how to be myself 🥰
