deltarune recreated chapter 2, Dr control and her creation Arcadia.
Dr control is a general darkner that works with the champion, she has an IQ unlike any other but relies on her technology for everything making her a wimpy weakling.
also she is fly darkner and a gaming controller in the light world.
Arcadia is kinda like a deltarune axis, and is dr control greatest creation but still not that great.
they are a Gameboy in the lightworld.
